Standards Development
Over the years, EPC has helped many government and private organisations create work-based competency standards. Our main work is in the development of the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) for the Department of Skills Development, but we do also developed industry-based Standards.Curriculum Development

Assessment Development
The goal in creating custom assessments is to ensure both the trainer and trainees have a clear understanding of how their performance compares to expert workers. EPC designs effective assessment tools and materials and provide training for effective implementation of competency-based assessments.
