Competency based training (CBT) is an approach to vocational training that emphasis on what a person can do as a result of completing a program of training or based on workplace standards and learning. <\/span><\/h4>\n

Standards Development<\/span><\/h4>\n

Over the years, EPC has helped many government and private organisations create work-based competency\u00a0 standards. Our main work is in the development of the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) for the Department of Skills Development, but we do also developed industry-based Standards.<\/p>\n

Curriculum Development<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n

Curriculum development is at the heart of EPC\u2019s work. With experts that have worked in curriculum development for decades, EPC has a tried and true process for creating effective and stimulating curriculum solutions for vocational training and experiential learning programmes.<\/p>\n

Assessment Development<\/span><\/h4>\n

The goal in creating custom assessments is to ensure both the trainer and trainees have a clear understanding of how their performance compares to expert workers.
